Additional Eligibility Qualifications: Participation in Basic and Advanced Chiller and Fire Panel reset training with demonstration of acquired skills within a designated period. Basic knowledge of fire extinguisher usage is required, or attendance in an NFPA class is necessary. Familiarity with patient transfer and lifting ergonomics is preferred, or attendance in an educational class within a specified timeframe is required. Willingness to engage in ongoing education related to hospitality and patient services is essential. Previous customer service experience is necessary, along with experience in public interaction. Prior experience in safety, security, or hospitality is advantageous. Basic computer skills are required, or willingness to attend educational classes is necessary. Experience in cash handling and bank deposits is important. A calm demeanor in crisis situations is essential. Dependability and a strong attendance record are required. Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and assist in lifting or transporting patients is necessary. A passion for working with individuals and enhancing their comfort is crucial. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential.

Security personnel play a vital role in mitigating risks and deterring criminal activity, remaining vigilant for potential threats, and reporting any incidents encountered.

A security officer is a professional tasked with safeguarding property, assets, or individuals.
