About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Party Program Coordinator. As a Party Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading a variety of age-appropriate activities for preschool and school-age children at birthday parties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet party guests and parents, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Prepare and lead fun, safe, and engaging games and activities that cater to different levels of ability.
  • Provide modifications and encourage participants' involvement, promoting a sense of inclusivity and community.
  • Set up and take down party activity and food-service areas, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with facility staff and other NVRC Birthday Party Leaders to ensure seamless event execution.
Requirements
  • Minimum age of 15 years.
  • Previous experience leading or working with preschool and/or school-age children.
  • Current Emergency or Standard First Aid certification.
  • CPR Level C certification.
  • Police Information Check prior to appointment.
  • High Five certificates within 3 months of employment.
Working Conditions

This is a casual position with varied schedules, typically on Saturdays or Sundays, at various locations. The hourly rate for this position ranges from $18.72 to $19.76.
