Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction General Manager to join our team at Canadian Classic Touch Home Improvement Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of construction professionals to achieve project goals and objectives.
    • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve project efficiency and productivity.
  • Resource Allocation
    • Allocate resources, including materials, human resources, and financial resources, to support project execution.
    • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
    • Monitor and control project expenses, identifying areas for cost savings and optimization.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, business administration, or engineering.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in a construction management or leadership role.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
