About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable individual to join our team at Ultra Painting Ltd as a Painter Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our painting team in various tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance work on equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Surface Preparation: Clean and prepare surfaces for painting, ensuring they are free from dust, dirt, and other debris.
Work Environment

As a Painter Assistant, you will be working outdoors in various weather conditions, including noisy and dusty environments. You must be able to adapt to changing weather conditions and work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Availability: You must be available for shift or on-call work, as required by the company.
  • Language: You must be proficient in English or French, as these are the primary languages spoken in the workplace.
