About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Agent. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Be knowledgeable of all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and best practices.
  • Provide personalized service, building strong relationships with customers and promoting our products and services.
  • Manage policy renewal processes, making changes to customer policies as needed.
  • Meet and exceed key performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and retention rates.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
  • General Insurance License (OTL) or General level 1 insurance license, or willingness to obtain for the province of employment.
  • Greater than 1 year customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office applications.
