Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Panago. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the preparation and portioning of food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide guidance and training to staff members on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate and Manage Inventory: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and excess.
  • Quality Control and Customer Service: Ensure that food and service meet our high standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, as well as establish work schedules and clean kitchen and work areas.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 30 to 40 hours of work per week
