Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Store Manager to oversee store operations, drive sales, and ensure profitability. As a Store Manager, you will work closely with the District Supervisor to develop and implement sales and profit strategies, train store teams on company standards and programs, and address performance issues and resolve conflicts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Collaborate with the District Supervisor to develop and implement sales and profit strategies, ensuring the store meets or exceeds sales and profit targets.
  • Team Development: Train store teams on company standards and programs, including visual merchandising, customer service, and sales techniques.
  • Performance Management: Address performance issues and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Recruitment and Retention: Recruit and motivate team members to achieve sales and profit targets, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative Tasks: Conduct administrative and operational tasks, including inventory management, cash handling, and store maintenance.
  • Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service, handling customer complaints and returns, and resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of retail management experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Visual merchandising experience
  • Strong business acumen
  • People development skills
  • Effective time management
  • Ability to manage stress and prioritize tasks
  • Leadership and team-building skills
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Lift and move merchandise weighing up to 30 pounds
Availability Requirements:

Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends

The expected wage for this position is $27.01 per hour.
