Hairstylist/Barber Position

MUSA'S FINAL TOUCH, INC is seeking a skilled and creative Hairstylist/Barber to provide exceptional hair care services to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair cutting, styling, and coloring services that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert hair cutting, styling, and coloring services to clients, utilizing your knowledge of the latest trends and techniques.
  • Analyze hair and scalp conditions to recommend personalized treatments, ensuring that each client receives a tailored solution to meet their unique needs.
  • Supervise and train junior staff members to ensure high-quality service, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism within our team.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our clients and staff.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, with a strong foundation in mathematics and science.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the hair industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
