Position Overview
We are seeking a proficient IT Network Architect to join our team. This role will report directly to the Senior Manager of IT Architecture and will play a crucial part in the design and execution of network solutions that facilitate the daily operations of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the architecture team to create and implement technical solutions that align with organizational objectives.
- Assess technologies and products for feasibility and compatibility with existing and new systems.
- Uphold infrastructure development standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Identify and mitigate issues and risks during the infrastructure implementation phase.
- Engage with stakeholders, business analysts, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Produce supporting documentation and templates.
- Utilize enterprise architecture tools to capture, analyze, and visualize information regarding the organization's processes, systems, data, and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure development, with at least 2 years in an architect role.
- Extensive knowledge of network infrastructure design methodologies and technologies, including SASE, dynamic routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP), and SDWAN.
- Experience with Cisco ISE for wired and wireless Dot1X authentication.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
