Position Overview

We are seeking a proficient IT Network Architect to join our team. This role will report directly to the Senior Manager of IT Architecture and will play a crucial part in the design and execution of network solutions that facilitate the daily operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the architecture team to create and implement technical solutions that align with organizational objectives.
  • Assess technologies and products for feasibility and compatibility with existing and new systems.
  • Uphold infrastructure development standards, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Identify and mitigate issues and risks during the infrastructure implementation phase.
  • Engage with stakeholders, business analysts, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Produce supporting documentation and templates.
  • Utilize enterprise architecture tools to capture, analyze, and visualize information regarding the organization's processes, systems, data, and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure development, with at least 2 years in an architect role.
  • Extensive knowledge of network infrastructure design methodologies and technologies, including SASE, dynamic routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP), and SDWAN.
  • Experience with Cisco ISE for wired and wireless Dot1X authentication.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
