About the Role

Cooke Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Network Architect to join our dynamic team. This position will report to the Senior Manager of IT Architecture and will be responsible for contributing to the design and implementation of network solutions that support the day-to-day operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work together with the architecture team to design and develop technical solutions that align with business objectives and goals.
  • Evaluate technologies and products to determine feasibility and compatibility with new and/or existing systems.
  • Enforce infrastructure development standards, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Identify and resolve issues and risks that may arise during the infrastructure implementation process.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, project managers, and technical teams to ensure a successful outcome.
  • Generate supporting documents and documents templates.
  • Use enterprise architecture tools to capture, analyze, and visualize information about the organization's processes, systems, data, and technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure development with at least 2 years in an infrastructure architect role
  • In-depth knowledge of network infrastructure design methodologies and technologies such as SASE, dynamic routing protocols [EIGRP, OSPF, BGP], and SDWAN.
  • Experience with Cisco ISE wired and wireless Dot1X authentication.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Capable of working well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
