Job Title: Transportation Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Supervisor to join our team at Everest Transportation Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our transportation fleet, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Transportation Operations: Oversee the daily activities of our transportation fleet, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers.
  • Manage Transportation Staff: Supervise and train transportation staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as on-time delivery rates, fuel efficiency, and driver safety records.
  • Develop and Implement Operational Improvements: Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week
