Key Responsibilities
  • Train and Develop Staff

Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of production staff, ensuring they are equipped to perform their duties efficiently and effectively.

Recommend Personnel Actions

Provide recommendations for personnel actions, including hiring, promotions, and disciplinary measures, to ensure the team is aligned with company goals and objectives.

Prepare Reports and Analyze Data

Prepare and analyze production reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize productivity and product quality.

Improve Productivity and Quality

Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, product quality, and efficiency, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Supervise and Coordinate Activities

Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of production staff, ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining a safe working environment.

Requisition Materials and Equipment

Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing disruptions to production.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food processing or manufacturing environment.

Language

Fluent in English.

Work Environment

Fast-paced environment with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
