Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Processing Supervisor to join our team at Boson Coffee Corp. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality control, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Training
    • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
    • Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions
  • Production and Quality Control
    • Prepare production reports
    • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule activities of workers
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units
    • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 37.5 hours per week
