**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Supervisor to join our team at itec group, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control procedures for fabrication processes, conducting inspections and audits, and leading a team of quality control inspectors.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement quality control procedures for fabrication processes
* Conduct inspections and audits to verify quality
* Lead a team of quality control inspectors and provide training on CWB standards
* Collaborate with production supervisors to ensure consistent quality across all shifts
* Address non-conformities and initiate corrective actions as required
**Requirements**
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality role within a welding/fabrication environment
* Familiarity with CWB standards, codes, and regulations
