About The Role

As a Project Manager at Eventscape, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Overseeing all facets of architectural projects, from initial concept through to installation
  2. Managing administrative functions and navigating internal systems while following established protocols
  3. Generating, reviewing, and negotiating contracts to protect stakeholder interests
  4. Assessing resource needs based on project specifications, conducting comprehensive research and analysis
  5. Collaborating with internal teams to manage design and fabrication timelines, proactively addressing challenges
  6. Implementing quality assurance measures and strategic risk management throughout the project lifecycle
  7. Effectively communicating with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to establish clear expectations and foster strong relationships
  8. Maintaining meticulous attention to detail in all administrative duties and project documentation
  9. Proactively addressing engineering challenges by utilizing architectural expertise
  10. Strategically sourcing materials, components, equipment, and services to align with project specifications, timelines, and budgetary constraints
  11. Prioritizing tasks and time management in accordance with project objectives and strategic goals
About You

We seek an individual with:

  1. A minimum of 7 years of project management experience in relevant sectors
  2. Hands-on experience with a variety of construction materials and fabrication techniques such as metal, wood, solid surfaces (Corian), fabric, and acrylic
  3. Outstanding problem-solving abilities and a talent for strategic planning
  4. A background in architecture, engineering, or a related discipline
  5. A thorough understanding of building systems, materials, construction methodologies, and architectural detailing
  6. Proficiency in client-facing roles and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  7. Expertise in project management principles and methodologies
  8. The capability to closely manage and support fabrication and design teams
  9. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in ensuring all project documentation is precise and current
  10. Comfort with handling detailed administrative tasks
  11. Experience in managing intricate projects and internal manufacturing processes
