Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Ground Ramp Agent to join our team at AGI Canadian Company. As a Ground Ramp Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our airport ground handling services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide aircraft to and from the gate, ensuring safe and efficient turnaround times.
  • Transport, load, and unload passenger baggage, cargo, and mail, adhering to strict safety protocols.
  • Clean aircraft passenger cabins between flights, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Stock aircraft with necessary supplies, ensuring that all equipment and amenities are in working order.
  • Operate heavy equipment to move luggage and cargo, tow planes between gates, and refill water tanks and lavatories.
Requirements:
  • Be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Be able to pass a drug screen and obtain airport security clearance, which includes a 10-year extensive employment, criminal record, and residence background check.
Physical Requirements:

We require our Ground Ramp Agents to be physically fit and able to:

  • Lift up to 70 pounds (32 kg) on a regular basis.
  • Carry heavy items up and down jetway stairs.
  • Climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop on a frequent basis and for extended periods.
  • Work outside in all types of weather, around jet and machinery noises.
