Key Responsibilities- Partnership Management: Work closely with the Partnerships team to develop and execute partnership strategies with key sports properties.
- Brand Marketing: Collaborate with commercial partners to deliver strategic consumer-focused branding and experiences for Molson Coors' iconic brands.
- Customer Solutions: Work with commercial partners to optimize partnership marketing and deliver on business objectives.
- Event Execution: Support the setup and execution of experiential activations for Molson Coors' brands.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Molson Coors as a brand ambassador with consumers, customers, and members within your community.
- Education: Currently pursuing a University or College degree in Sports Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Industry Knowledge: General understanding of the sports industry in Canada.
- Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license with no limitations or restrictions.
- Soft Skills: Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills, with a focus on delivering results and taking accountability for outcomes.
