About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Liquor Planet. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to management to optimize sales performance.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a high level of service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or retail environment.
  • Language: English.

  • Work Setting: Urban area, retail business.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, handling heavy loads, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking.
