Pharmacist - Patient Care Specialist

As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering quality patient care and contributing to the success of our pharmacy operations.

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team at our Capilano location in North Vancouver, BC.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing day-to-day pharmacy operations, including dispensing, maximizing clinical opportunities, and administering vaccinations.
  • Maintaining inventory within the pharmacy and ensuring compliance with Provincial and Federal regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Remaining current on the latest trends in the pharmacy industry by staying up-to-date on new medications and clinical opportunities.
  • Providing private consultations to patients while maintaining a patient-centred care culture.
  • Offering clinical services, including medication management and health screening.

You will have:

  • A Canadian Pharmacist licence and be in good standing with the respective College of Pharmacists.
  • Your injection certification.
  • Proficiency with Pharmacy Software solutions, preferably Kroll.
  • Experience with Opioid Agonist Treatment (OAT) and completed mandatory training when required.
  • The ability to assess, plan, and apply clinical knowledge when required.
