As a member and client experience advisory agent, you will play a key role in enhancing the overall experience of members and clients, ensuring their satisfaction and well-being. This includes creating a welcoming environment, actively listening to and addressing their needs, and providing personalized solutions to empower their financial growth. You will promote the organization's cooperative values through the support you provide, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration.

You will support and advise members and clients on available financial products and services, promoting the various distribution channels available. You will open accounts for them and facilitate their financial transactions, remaining attentive to their needs to offer tailored solutions. You will identify business opportunities and refer members and clients to colleagues who can assist with specialized needs. You will be a proud ambassador of digital solutions, advising members and clients on their use and ensuring seamless financial transactions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting members and clients by informing them of existing applications and technological tools that can help them perform transactions and operations independently.
  • Contributing to business development and maintaining business relationships through service delivery and activities.
  • Assisting members and clients who have encountered fraud or irregularities, monitoring and processing transactions required to settle their cases.
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest standards, products, and services in your field.
  • Upholding compliance, security, and risk management standards.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma in a related field.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of French is required.
  • Knowledge of all counter and convenience products and services.
  • Knowledge of all Desjardins products and services aimed at caisse members and those offered by business centres, components, distribution networks/channels, and competitors.
  • Knowledge of integrating data into systems.
  • Knowledge of security measures, legal framework, and internal controls.
  • Understanding of the philosophy and fundamentals of financial services cooperatives.
  • Knowledge of operating procedures related to convenience products and services and transactions.
  • Knowledge of service standards.
