Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Flexographic Press Operator to join our team at LABEL PLUS GRAPHIC INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining our flexographic presses, ensuring high-quality production and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Press Operation: Operate flexographic presses to produce high-quality labels, following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Press Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on presses, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting equipment.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and control the quality of printed labels, identifying and addressing any defects or issues.
  • Production Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with press crew members to achieve production goals and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Accurate, client-focused, flexible, organized, reliable, and a team player.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced production environment and may be required to work overtime as needed.
