We are seeking a skilled Flexographic Press Operator to join our team at LABEL PLUS GRAPHIC INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining our flexographic presses, ensuring high-quality production and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Press Operation: Operate flexographic presses to produce high-quality labels, following established production schedules and quality control procedures.
  • Press Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on presses, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and control the quality of produced labels, identifying and addressing any defects or issues.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the press crew to ensure smooth production, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Training and Development: Train and mentor new team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to ensure a high level of skill and competence within the team.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Accurate, client-focused, flexible, organized, reliable, and a team player.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
