Job OverviewThis is a full-time on-site role as a Branch Manager at Paul Equipment in a major Canadian city. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage inventory, coordinate sales and customer service activities, and ensure the branch meets financial goals while upholding company standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee daily branch operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and activities.
- Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
- Coordinate sales and customer service activities, providing exceptional support to customers and driving revenue growth.
- Lead and motivate a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business strategies, aligning with company goals and objectives.
- Proven experience in inventory management, sales, and customer service, preferably in the construction and/or forestry equipment industry.
