Job Title: Senior Project Manager for Test Re-engineering

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead the workstream for 'Non-Regret Moves' and prepare projects that support the upcoming test re-engineering initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver project scope on time, within budget, and with expected quality.
  2. Write comprehensive project memos for informed decision-making.
  3. Provide regular status updates to the Project Sponsor and partners.
  4. Supervise expected benefits as approved in business cases.
Additional Responsibilities:

Create and maintain project plans and forecasts, including resource requirements, costs, risks, and dependencies.

Lead virtual teams across divisions and entities, including third-party suppliers in India.

Build strong working relationships with customers, providing advice and guidance on IT investments.

Define deliverables, assign production to team members, and supervise progress and quality.

Lead the staffing of assigned projects and supervise budget spent.

Lead risk, issue, and change control processes, building action plans to mitigate risks and solve issues.

Control and monitor project progress, reporting to the Roadmap Manager and Sponsorship Committee.

Manage projects according to Euroclear internal standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience in leading projects.

Experience in testing domain.

Experience with testing management with external organizations.

Fluent in English.

Desirable Skills:

Strong leadership skills to adapt style according to situation and partners.

Good business and/or technical understanding.

Interpersonal skills to influence decisions.

Excellent communication skills at all levels.

Ability to learn quickly in complex environments.

Strong negotiation skills and conflict management.

Effective delegation of tasks and responsibilities.

Assertiveness to drive tasks to completion.

Assets:

Certification in PRINCE 2 and/or PMI.

Experience within the Euroclear environment.
