Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement machine learning models to analyze demand patterns and optimize business outcomes
• Apply statistical techniques to solve complex problems in demand forecasting and product optimization
• Design and develop processes for trade spend effectiveness, enabling smarter resource allocation and maximizing return on investment
• Create engaging data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders and enhance decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn data insights into practical solutions and recommendations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field; Master's degree is an asset
• 3+ years of experience analyzing data with proven ability to apply analytical techniques to solve real-world problems
• Expertise working with large datasets; proficient in SQL and Python
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Expertise in statistical and machine learning techniques, including multivariate regression and random forests
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain learnings to technical and non-technical teams
