Job Title: Technical Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Engineer to join our team at Fed Manutech. As a Technical Service Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing procedures and troubleshooting vehicle electrical systems to improve reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze procedures and troubleshoot vehicle electrical systems to improve reliability and performance
  • Act as electrical expert for plan review, compliance, quality, and product safety (high voltage)
  • Carry out in-depth analyses to identify problems and work with engineering to develop technical solutions
  • Support customers by making service calls (remote diagnostics, sending parts)
  • Go into the field and work with technicians and engineers to diagnose electrical problems, work with different teams to develop solutions, and improve products (methods, training)
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the electrical manufacturing sector
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or relevant equivalent

We are looking for a proactive, autonomous person who likes a job well done. Our ideal candidate likes dynamic environments, is rigorous, and enjoys working in teams. Knowledge of automotive electrical system diagnostics and high-voltage safety standards is a must. Additionally, knowledge of automotive electricity and mechanics, MS Office suite, and a valid passport for travel in the USA are required. The ability to adapt to various work environments and work in English is also essential.
