Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Retail Associate to join our team at Canada Goose. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and embodying the values of our luxury performance lifestyle brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized product recommendations to customers, leveraging your expertise in Canada Goose products and services.
  • Meet or exceed personal sales targets, contributing to the success of your store and the company as a whole.
  • Participate in store meetings, events, and product knowledge sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest brand initiatives and product offerings.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive store environment through effective communication, teamwork, and collaboration.
  • Assist in driving our Net Promoter Score (NPS) and other selling and service metrics, such as conversion, average dollar per transaction, and average unit retail.
  • Support the maintenance of a seamless customer journey by efficiently processing inbound and outbound shipments, organizing the stock room, and maintaining the sales floor and stock room inventory.
  • Utilize point of sale (POS) systems and operational tools in compliance with Canada Goose standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
  • Bonus points for previous experience working with luxury brands in high-volume locations.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Good understanding of store operations and driving sales performance.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team-orientated environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail and adaptability.
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Proficiency in another language, Mandarin speaking preferred.
