Job Title: Server - Yellow Door Bistro

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Yellow Door Bistro, a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant within the Hotel Arts Group. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience for each and every visit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests, providing personalized service and attention to detail.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage tables efficiently, ensuring timely service and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, wine list, and other beverage offerings.
  • Provide exceptional communication and customer service skills, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Valid ProServe Certificate
  • 1-3 years of previous food service or restaurant experience required
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Standing and walking throughout shift, lifting trays of up to 20 lbs., reaching and bending
  • Flexible schedule required, working weekends is a must
