We are seeking a skilled and experienced Server to join our team at Yellow Door Bistro, a renowned restaurant within the Hotel Arts group.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to anticipate and meet the needs of our discerning guests. They will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service, ensuring a memorable experience for every patron.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tables and priorities with ease.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Valid ProServe Certificate or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of previous food service or restaurant experience.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift trays of up to 20 lbs, and reach and bend as needed.
