We are seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to join our team at PVH Corp. as an Associate Store Manager. This role is responsible for the overall performance of the store and assists the Store or General Manager with generating sales potential, recruiting and developing staff, maintaining store appearance, and controlling expenses and shortages.
Key Responsibilities- Generate Sales and Profit: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, minimize losses, and ensure the store is visually distinctive and impeccably maintained.
- Lead and Develop Staff: Hire, train, motivate, and supervise support management and sales staff to ensure they have strong presentation and communication skills representative of the Tommy Hilfiger image.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain the highest level of security and safety awareness within the store, manage controllable expenses, and ensure the store utilizes all necessary tools and resources.
- Merchandising and Visual Excellence: Participate in the execution of all merchandising directives, updates, and markdowns, and ensure brand consistency is upheld in the store.
- Leadership and Teamwork: Demonstrate emotional resilience, lead by example, and maintain positive working relationships with staff and management.
- Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop a team, with a focus on customer service, sales growth, and operational excellence.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, including sales, marketing, and finance.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with staff, management, and external partners.
