Role Purpose
As a Retail Ambassador, you will embody our desire to engage, listen, and guide customers to products that are relevant to them. You will welcome customers into our spaces and through intentional interactions deepen the way our products are experienced. In demonstrating products that address customer needs, you will deliver an exceptional, inclusive customer experience that contributes to our overall commercial success.
The successful applicant will have flexible availability and will be required to work weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate within a customer service role or environment, providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Utilize effective selling skills to drive commercial outcomes and introduce Aesop products to clients through hand demonstrations.
- Participate in and contribute to a team, utilizing empathy to manage interpersonal relationships and contribute to a positive and inclusive experience for all.
- Develop an open mindset and deep curiosity to understand others, listen without judgment, and act on diverse perspectives.
- Apply strong communication and problem-solving skills to address customer needs and concerns.
- Working knowledge of skin care and skin care industry is advantageous.
- A minimum of three days availability weekly, in addition to full availability on weekends.
