Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Fourmark Manufacturing Inc. as a Quality Control Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Production Activities

Oversee the daily operations of production workers who operate processing machines and fabricate, assemble, finish, or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products.

Establish Work Schedules and Coordinate with Other Units

Develop methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units to ensure efficient production.

Recommend Personnel Actions

Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions to ensure the right team members are in place to meet production goals.

Prepare Production Reports

Prepare production and other reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Improve Productivity and Quality

Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards.

Train Staff and Set Up Equipment

Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, and set up machines and equipment to ensure efficient production.

Requisition Materials and Supplies

Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support production activities.

  • Supervise a Team of 5-10 People

Requirements
