Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Guac Mexi Grill Innisfil. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and quality in our dining room.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Train and develop our staff in their job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of our food and service to meet our high standards.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Establish and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
