Merchandising Specialist

Brand Momentum is in search of a meticulous, organized, and seasoned merchandising specialist to operate independently across various retail environments for our client.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance the visual appeal of our bulk food and packaged product displays to attract customers
  • Retrieve items from inventory and replenish displays
  • Adjust pricing as necessary
  • Manage product ordering processes
  • Oversee merchandising tasks - ensure shelves are orderly, implement planogram adjustments, prevent stock shortages, and guarantee product freshness
  • Work collaboratively with retail sales personnel
  • Identify opportunities during store visits to expand our sales areas
  • Compile and submit daily reports of store visits
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills with a knack for relationship building
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor with customers and store personnel while executing tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Adaptability to a dynamic work environment
  • Capability to lift up to 30 lbs and remain on foot for extended periods
