Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules effectively.
- Order food and kitchen supplies as necessary.
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff regarding their job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Estimate the ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation.
- Recruit and hire food service personnel.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally.
- Prepare and submit necessary reports to management.
- Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
Supervision will include kitchen and food service assistants.
Work Conditions- The position is physically demanding and requires working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
- Excellent verbal communication abilities are required.
- A collaborative team player is preferred.
Candidates should have between 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in food service.
This is a permanent position with a working schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week, primarily in English.
