Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Middleware/DBA Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the deployment, development, enhancement, support, and maintenance of databases within our Enterprise application.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement database standards to ensure CMiC meets its overall SLA's and provides optimum maintenance and consistency across applications.
  • Research and analyze technical problems, evaluate alternative design approaches, and design technical processes to meet business requirements.
  • Participate in project and team meetings, interacting and collaborating with team members and other departments as appropriate.
  • Estimate and document required work effort to develop, test, and implement new technical processes/changes.
  • Provide technical support and mentoring to other team members to foster professional development.
  • Collaborate with other management members to provide guidance, support, and reporting.
