Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Food Counter Attendant to join our team at RS DHALIWAL FOOD INC.

Job Summary

The Food Counter Attendant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take orders, and handle customer inquiries.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, portion and wrap foods, and package take-out food.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Inventory Management: Restock refrigerators and salad bars, and keep records of food quantities.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
Work Environment

The Food Counter Attendant will work in a fast-paced environment with overtime required. The position involves standing for extended periods and working under pressure.

Physical Demands

The Food Counter Attendant will be required to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and perform repetitive tasks.
