Key Responsibilities- Load, Unload, and Transport Materials: Assist in the transportation of construction materials to and from the work site.
- Erect and Dismantle Site Infrastructure: Help to set up and take down scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
- Mix, Pour, and Spread Materials: Assist in the mixing and application of concrete and asphalt on construction sites.
- Assist in Drilling and Blasting: Support the drilling and blasting of rock on construction sites.
- Level Earth and Pave Asphalt: Help to level earth to fine grade specifications and pave and rake asphalt as required.
- Clean and Pile Salvaged Materials: Assist in cleaning and piling salvaged materials on construction sites.
- Perform Routine Maintenance: Carry out routine maintenance tasks as required.
- Clean Up Chemical Spills: Assist in cleaning up chemical spills and other contaminants on construction sites.
- Remove Rubble and Debris: Help to remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
- Work Under Pressure: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physically Demanding: The position requires a high level of physical fitness and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Repetitive Tasks: The position involves performing repetitive tasks on a daily basis.
- Dependability: The ability to be reliable and dependable in the workplace.
- Reliability: The ability to be consistent and reliable in the performance of tasks.
