Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Training Specialist Senior to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for our Microsoft Dynamics CE & F&O environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in training and development, with a strong background in adult education principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs for CE & F&O configured environments
  • Provide Microsoft Dynamics CE & F&O application and product training to both technical and non-technical users
  • Create content in various formats to support training and change management initiatives
  • Design and deliver training materials to both technical and non-technical users
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for integrating self-paced and instructor-led training within a simulated environment

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in designing and developing training programs
  • Extensive experience in delivering training that caters to diverse audiences
  • Experience with designing and delivering Microsoft Dynamics-based training courses with authoring tools
  • Proficiency in using a variety of authoring tools to design and deliver engaging and interactive training courses
  • Expertise in storyboard design and digital content development
  • Ability to interpret data and technical documentation for the design and development of training material
  • Familiarity with AODA requirements for both interactive e-learning and written manuals

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with using Microsoft Dynamics CE & F&O platforms in business settings
  • Ability to develop role-based training for various business users within an organization
  • Extensive knowledge in learning measurement and evaluation
