Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm welcomes and farewells to guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
  • Assist guests with luggage, parking, and other requests, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and customer service skills.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide information on hotel services, local attractions, and directions, showcasing your knowledge and enthusiasm for the area.
  • Follow hotel safety and security policies, ensuring the well-being of our guests and staff.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of experience in a hotel or related customer service field preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
