Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and motivate a team of servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, handle customer complaints, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, manage stock, and ensure that all necessary supplies are available.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
- Financial Management: Assist with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
