We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at GIOPALM Group Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:- Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies.
- Operational Efficiency: Evaluate daily operations and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Staff Management: Monitor staff performance, plan and organize daily operations, and recruit and train new staff members.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our restaurant and attract new customers.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent position with 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
