Job Overview: We are on the lookout for a skilled SR&ED Analyst to become a part of our dynamic team. The selected candidate will collaborate with clients to accurately document and prepare SR&ED claims. A solid foundation in science, technology, or engineering, coupled with exceptional analytical and communication abilities, is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research for SR&ED Claims: Identify and document qualifying R&D activities and associated expenditures.
  • Technical Documentation: Gather and organize both technical and financial evidence pertinent to SR&ED projects. Develop comprehensive project descriptions that illustrate eligibility for SR&ED tax incentives.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all claims adhere to SR&ED program standards and CRA regulations. Remain informed about updates to SR&ED guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Process Enhancement: Evaluate existing business processes and pinpoint potential areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Act as a liaison among various business units and key stakeholders to guarantee precise and thorough documentation of R&D activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a relevant technical domain.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of effective correspondence both internally and externally.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and documenting advancements in scientific or technological fields.
