General Manager Sales

Zim Recycling is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager, Sales to lead our sales team and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions
- Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
- Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
- Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate authority
- 5 years or more of experience in sales or a related field
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Parking available
- Permanent employment
- 40 hours per week
- English language
