Clinical Manager

ParaMed Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Clinical Manager to lead our clinical supervisors and front-line staff in delivering exceptional patient care. As a Clinical Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor clinical supervisors to ensure high-quality care delivery and patient outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze care delivery performance and clinical indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in interviewing, orienting, and supervising clinical supervisors to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Ensure compliance with ParaMed policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients and their families.
- Registration/licensing in good standing as a Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse with provincial regulatory college.
- Minimum of three (3) years in a formal nursing leadership role required.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a practicing Registered Nurse, in a community setting.
- Superior oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, contractors, and staff.
