Klick is seeking an Applied AI Specialist with a focus on generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in deploying various systems that leverage Generative AI to solve practical business problems. This position emphasizes the application of established generative AI technologies rather than research. Key responsibilities include collaborating with internal stakeholders, assessing project viability, and managing the development and execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development of AI Solutions: Spearhead the creation of AI solutions that meet stakeholder expectations and align with the organization's goals. Oversee the complete development lifecycle from initial concept to final implementation.
  • Programming & Prompt Engineering: Utilize Python to integrate diverse AI services and APIs, forming cohesive AI systems. Enhance user inputs to effectively guide AI outputs, ensuring they are accurate and pertinent.
  • Project Feasibility Evaluation: Work closely with stakeholders to evaluate the feasibility of projects and formulate actionable strategies based on client requirements.
  • Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Partner with technology teams, delegate tasks as necessary, and articulate generative AI concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
  • Secure Design Practices: Develop AI solutions with safeguards against misuse and prompt injection, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and fostering secure, resilient systems.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in generative AI applications, particularly LLMs such as GPT, LLaMa, and Claude.
  • Strong command of Python and experience with APIs including OpenAI, Azure AI, Amazon Bedrock, and Google Vertex.
  • Capability to balance rapid proof of concept development with comprehensive full-stack deployment.
  • Proven track record in creating Generative AI solutions.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in conveying complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations is a significant advantage.
  • A background in front-end development is beneficial but not essential.
