About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Systems Engineer to lead our Application Engineering team in the development of cutting-edge AI solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting AI-based systems using Python and other technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Planning: Develop and coordinate application programming activities, design the technical infrastructure of AI applications, and lead the design and development of cost-effective and innovative solutions.
  • Development / Engineering: Develop and deploy Generative AI-based systems using Python, adhere to coding standards and best practices, and refactor existing codebases to improve performance and maintainability.
  • Leadership skills: Act as the Generative AI development team lead, run code-review sessions, support and mentor intermediate and senior developers, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience: Strong experience in designing, programming, implementing, and supporting Python development tasks for Generative AI and AI development, with a strong understanding of coding standards, OOP principles, and design patterns.
  • Skills: Experience in building and deploying applications on OpenShift Container Platform (OCP), Kubernetes, and Azure, with a strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), their associated APIs, and development of AI-based systems.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities, with a strong ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively.
