Parking Lot Attendant Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Parking Lot Attendant to join our team at Alliance Motor Cars Ltd.

Job Summary

The Parking Lot Attendant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our parking lot, including maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the parking lot and surrounding areas, including sweeping, cleaning, and repairing any damage
  • Assist customers with special needs, such as providing directions or assistance with parking
  • Deal with the public in a professional and courteous manner
  • Enforce regulations to maintain order and resolve conflicts
  • Patrol assigned areas to ensure the parking lot is secure and safe
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliability and punctuality
Working Conditions

The Parking Lot Attendant will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Steel-toed safety boots and a cellular phone are required.
