Parking Lot Attendant Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Parking Lot Attendant to join our team at Alliance Motor Cars Ltd. As a Parking Lot Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our parking lot, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange for the repair of broken machines and equipment
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Deal with the public in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain work areas, including the parking lot and surrounding facilities
  • Produce reports and maintain accurate records
  • Enforce regulations to maintain order and resolve conflicts, and monitor establishment activities
  • Patrool assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of our customers and employees
Requirements:
  • Criminal record check
  • Availability for shift or on-call work
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
