Key Responsibilities:

- Provide guidance and coaching to your staff team in all aspects of program administration and delivery, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and cleanliness standards.
- Collaborate with team members to create a high-energy environment, focusing on team building and constructive feedback.
- Engage youth participants in the planning process, ensuring their voices are heard in decision-making.
- Model exemplary behavior and character for both staff and youth, emphasizing teamwork, responsibility, and positive youth development.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one month of relevant experience in youth programming for ages 12–17 and team leadership.
- Must be at least 18 years of age by the start of employment.
